Volunteer at Project Homeless Connect (PHC)

PHC is a quarterly service provider fair for the homeless people of Tempe, Arizona. The next PHC is October 24, 2008. The goal of PHC is to help connect homeless people with vital services such as temporary shelters, medical attention, government benefits, veteran benefits as well as providing showers, haircuts, clothing, bus tickets and lunch. Volunteers are instrumental at these events. Contact Les Guffey, PHC Tempe Volunteer Coordinator at guffman@wbhsi.net or 480-213-9540 for more information.

The azcentral.com article Homeless project restores dignity, hope captures the essence of Project Homeless Connect.
